Happy Birthday to ME!!!!!

That's right. Today I am a one year old. Oh how the year has flown by! Here's to another happy and healthy year. I will post my party pics tomorrow as I am too busy shoving cake in my mouth to do it today!

On the Move, Part II

So I don't really like the crawling thing. It hurts my knees. I even have a funky foot-knee crawl that I do on hard surfaces. I have been taking a step or two here and there. Last night I really wanted my mommy so I took SIX STEPS to get to her and then collapsed in her arms. Does that count as walking? Stay tuned for a video as my skills develop...

Grandpa built this sandbox for all the grandkids. It is soooo much fun!

4th of July, Grandpa Style

When it comes to Missouri 4th of Julys, there are no rules! It's a fun-filled day of food, family, and fireworks. Grandpa even has his commercial fireworks license so the nighttime show is amazing! I loved the fireworks this year. I just laid in Mom's lap and watched the sky explode with color. I didn't even flinch once! Mom and Dad are wondering if they should get my hearing checked...
