Par-tay!

What do you get when you combine Toy Story 3, dinosaurs, trains, and Chuck E Cheese? You get the best birthday party ever! Mom let me decide which theme I would like for my birthday this year. I started off (a month ago!) wanting Thomas. SOMEONE in the house (cough...Dad!) talked me into Buzz. Well, he thought he had talked me into Buzz and just ended up making me think I needed both! Then when they asked me what I wanted to do for my birthday, of course I came up with Chuck E Cheese! Then Mom made the mistake of taking me with her to get the party supplies. The dinosaurs caught my eye and before she knew it, I had added that to the list also! Mom's dream of a cute, perfectly matching themed birthday went out the window!

Here's the run-down of Day 1 of birthday fun...

Mom and Dad took me to see Toy Story 3. My favorite part was when Buzz saved the train!


Then we headed to the Rat's House (Chuck E Cheese)
Tabby was the perfect party guest!

Our favorite game of the day? The one where you feed all of your tickets into the machine and it counts/shreds them.

Each guest received a cute little candy train.

And ate a piece of the delicious dinosaur cake!

But only after I blew out my candles!

It's a Tie!

I've been asking for a tie for a while. Unfortunately it was after Easter. And stores don't seem to sell ties in the summer. We finally found one on clearance at Gymboree. I was VERY proud of my tie the first Sunday I wore it. I showed it off to anyone who would pay attention to me.
Now I look just like Dad with my belt and my tie.

Can you believe that I'm turning 3?!?!

Make a Wish!

Dad taught me to throw a penny in the fountain and make a wish. I wished for a Buzz Spaceship.
I loved it so much that I then taught Tabby how to do it!!!

And now we have like 100 wishes out there waiting to be granted. I'm now looking for a magic lamp with a genie...
